This artist covered a house in pink yarn with the help of female refugees — New York Post


NYC-based artist Olek was inspired to create the “Pink House” after hearing stories of displaced female refugees. She worked with Syrian and Ukrainian refugees to crochet enough yarn to cover the entire house in Kerava, Finland. She crocheted another house in Avesta, Sweden.
